  • Indulge in a week of gastronomical discovery featuring two award-winning European Michelin Star chefs at the European Culinary Week, happening from September 10 to 16, 2018!

    Organized by the EU-Philippines Business Network (EPBN) and co-funded by the European Union, the European Culinary Week is a week-long celebration of authentic European cuisine which will be held from September 10 – 16, 2018 at the Grand Hyatt Manila in BGC and Crimson Mactan Resort & Spa in Cebu.

    Fourteen award-winning and Michelin-star chefs like Chef Francesco Brutto and Chef Paolo Nesi from Italy, Chef Oscar Calleja, Chef Chele Gonzales, Chef Santiago Guerrero, and Chef Pere Planaguma from Spain, Chef Francois-Xavier Lambory from Belgium, Chef Gavin McDonagh from Ireland, Chef Laetitia Moreau from France, Chef Marc Chalopin, Chef Nicolas Pasdeloup, Chef van Gaiz Sordo, Chef Nickolai Stoyanov, and Philippines’ very own Chef Miko Aspiras will give you the opportunity to interact, meet and work with business people and chefs around. 

    European Culinary Week is about nurturing the people-to-people links between the Filipinos and the Europeans because both share the same passion for food, families, camaraderie, and togetherness. The culinary week is a series of six events such as The European Culinary GI Lunch & Exhibit, the European Culinary Cooking Demos, the European Culinary Charity Dinner, the European Culinary Week Exclusive Lunch or Dinner, Culinaria, and the European Culinary Weekend. With these events, Filipino food enthusiasts will receive a unique culinary experience, while serving as a platform to showcase European produce.

    Charity Dinner

    The European Culinary Week Charity Dinner will have a five-course meal prepared by European chefs to raise funds for their chosen charities such as the Lighthouse Club Manila and the Chosen Children Village Foundation. Register here.

    Culinaria will be showcasing the creations of the European chefs through their open-kitchen and a walk-through dinner. Chefs will prepare two dishes per guests, each course will be paired with beverages such as cocktails, beer, wine and other liquors. Guests will also enjoy a feast of cheese from all around Europe.     The European Culinary Weekend will let guests discover different European flavors through their weekend events such as the Welcome Barbecue Dinner on September 14, 2018 (Friday)Tapas Luncheon and Gala Dinner on September 15, 2018 (Saturday), and the European Brunch on September 16, 2018 (Sunday), to close the week-long European Culinary Event.
