With the theme “Disrupting Southeast Asia,” Techtonic 2018 aims to expand its scope to the Philippines’ regional neighbors, offering greater insights and special access to the startup ecosystem in Southeast Asia which is seen as the new epicenter of innovation. This year, the event will be twice bigger; Techtonic will bring together hundreds of startups and investors, and an approximate 10,000 attendees from various sectors under one roof at the SMX Convention Center for a showcase of the most promising innovations and the brightest innovators.

The highlight of the event is the Startup Arena, wherein local and international startups are given a chance to pitch their groundbreaking ideas in front of investors and gain media exposure. Just like last year, this year’s Startup Arena Champion will be awarded a cash investment of Php 500,000.

There will also be a series of talks and discussions with experts and panelists from different industries, and a trade show that will serve as a platform for businesses to promote and connect.
