    Japanese Cuisine Expanding in the World: Growth Strategy for the Foodservice Industry, The Organization to Promote Japanese Restaurants Abroad (JRO) is giving restaurateurs a chance to learn from business leaders and experts in foodservice from both Japan and the Philippines. Gain valuable insight on opportunities and marketing strategies for Japanese food and food ingredients that will suit the Philippine market.

    Panelists for the symposium include Mr. Takaya Awata, President of Toridoll Holdings Co. Ltd; Mr. Ichiro Sakakura, President of Ajinomoto Philippines; Ms. Nancy Reyes-Lumen, Partner at the Commissary Kitchen; Mr. Johnlu G. Koa, Founder & CEO of The French Baker, and Mr. Samie Lim, CFE and Chairman Emeritus of the Philippine Franchise Association. The symposium will be moderated by Mr. Takeshi Okawara, Board Chairman of JRO.
