Through The Power of 3: Empowering Wellness Workshop, which will be held on October 29 at Yogahive Makati, you will get peace of mind in three ways: by meditation, by nutrition, and by knowing that you’ve extended help to the children affected by the Marawi conflict.

Presented by Powermantra, the wellness workshop also serves as a fundraising event for the benefit of UNICEF, which will help many children in Marawi on your behalf.
If you’re a yogi or a beginner interested in learning the art of meditation, The Power of 3 is a good way for you to learn from the experts. The workshop will be led by Anna Manalastas, a certified yoga teacher; Ghia Nabong, a certified yoga teacher, surfer and psychotherapist; and Chef Portia Baluyut, a restaurateur and celebrity chef.

During the workshop, you will learn how to do effective Power and Yin Yoga poses that can help boost your fitness level, learn how to de-stress and increase mindfulness through a meditation session, and learn how to improve your well-being with easy-to-prepare healthy meals.
There will also be a bonus make-up session with make-up artist Bambi Dela Cruz, who’s also a yoga teacher.
You can join the three-hour wellness workshop at Php 1,500 for non-Yogahive members and Php 1,200 for Yogahive members.
