    At this event, hot air balloons from different countries will shower the sky of Lubao, Pampanga with their magnificent designs and beautiful colors.

    Attendees will also witness a great performance from multiple international and Filipino artists for the music festival.

    The Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival is organized by Pilipinas International Balloon Festival, Inc. (PIBF) in cooperation with the Arts, Culture and Tourism Office of Pampanga (ACTO) and with support from Provincial Government of Pampanga.
