    Witness an iconic performance of a well-loved Filipino literature as Ballet Philippines presents Simoun at the Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo in the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) from October 21 to 23, 2016!

    Simoun, the protagonist in Dr. Jose Rizal’s novel El Filibusterismo is set to premier this October which features an original libretto and choreography by Paul Alexander Morales and original music by Jed Balsamo. The performance will be joined by the ABS-CBN Orchestra conducted by master conductor Gerard Salonga.

    The said ballet performance is in commemoration of the 120th death anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal and the 125th anniversary of the Publication of El Filibusterismo.
