Azkals won the first meeting in 2015 with a score of 2-1 during the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ – Asian Qualifier, only to lose the next match 0-2. The Men’s national team will be led by Philip and James Younghusband. They will be coached by Thomas Dooley.
