October is Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) Month! Join Curves as they continue to work to raise awareness in women about the life-saving importance of risk management, early detection and treatment.

Curves focus on supporting women in local communities with information about benefits of exercise and healthy eating and their impact on breast cancer prevention.
Thru Curves an efficient full body workout, where you work every major muscle group and burn up to 2000 kilojoules through a proven program of strength training, cardio, and stretching. They proved machines that are designed specifically for women’s fitness to create resistance that increases with effort. As you get stronger, you can push harder and the machines will respond. Surprises, gifts, fun activities and Free Zumba awaits you! There will also be talk from physician and nutritionist on how to maintain healthy lifestyle to prevent or reduce chances of developing this devastating disease as well as early detection of cancer.
The theme will be “Pink and Blue” so please come in with the attire of the said colors! Those with best attire will receive special prize on the day of the event.
