Madrid Fusion Manila Pop-Up

Wasn’t able to go to Madrid Fusion Manila last April 7-9? Do not give up just yet because culinary personality JJ Yulo has organized a Mini Madrid Fusion Fest of his own which will happen on May 4^th from 4:00 pm at the Hole in the Wall, Century City Mall. The chefs, including Miko Aspiras, Him Uy de Barion, Ed Bugia and so much more, come together to serve you the dishes that they served at the bigger Madrid Fusion Manila. Surely, you will feel like you’re at the main event, rubbing shoulders with international chefs and tasting amazing food.

 

 

Ticket price is P500 which will allow you to try dishes from 5 booths. If you do want some more, you can purchase another “passport” as how they call it. Slots are limited and the food will come until supplies last, so be there early and plan your attack for this is a one-day event only!
