BLK Cosmetics in Makati: Beauty has never been this simple
Blk Cosmetics was recently launched this month by local actress, Anne Curtis here in the Philippines. With her love for make-up, especially lipsticks, she decided to create her own line of cosmetics. Each lipstick represents each of her moods, hoping every Filipina will like and use the lipsticks as well. BLK stands for black, which is timeless, uncomplicated, classy, sophisticated, and simple. The brand aims to focus on the simplicity and basicness of make-up.

As the creative director as well, Anne Curtis made sure to be hands-on with the project making sure to deliver what is best for her consumers to be. She teamed up with her business partner Jacqe Yuengtian-Gutierrez and created different cosmetics that will match your style and mood. BLK Cosmetics are People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, PETA-approved cruelty-free make-up, they are versatile, and long-wearing.
Velvet Lip Creams Lipsticks (Php 299)
They want to bring uncomplicated beauty to the market and focus on improving their products. Aside from the shades and style, they want to create products that will match every skin tone; thus color swatching was involved. Some of the products are all-day intense matte lipstick, which comes in 6 shades (Php 299). Others are the velvet lip cream lipsticks that come in 4 colors (Php 299), and lastly, the liquid matte lipstick colors come in 5 shades (Php 349)

BLK also offers contour, blush, and highlight palette called Flushed (rose) and Sun-Kissed (peach) for Php 499 each. The Eyebrow pencil duo (Php249), All-day matte powder foundation (Php 399), and the liquid eyeliners (Php 249) are some of the other products. As seen, they are all affordable compared to larger brands.
