We develop systems with bases in Japan and the Philippines.
Tensei Philippines was established in 2014 and celebrated its 10th anniversary in April 2024.
Based on the extensive development experience of the Tensei Group, we launched our product, “iBMS.”
Currently, Tensei Philippines is engaged in the development, sales, and maintenance of “iBMS.”

“iBMS”

“iBMS” integrates facility equipment with various sensors and devices, enabling their centralized management and control with minimal installation work.

We entered the Manila market from Japan 10 years ago.
Since then, we have been aware of the inadequacy of the security environment in the Philippines.

We started offering “iBMS for Office” with the idea of creating an office environment where people can work with peace of mind and spend time comfortably.

1. Automated Security Systems
– No one detected for a certain period automatically activates the security system.
2. Intrusion Detection System
– Open/close sensors detect abnormal opening and closing of doors and windows.
– Motion sensors detect intruders.
– When these sensors detect an abnormality, you are notified with a notification and alert function.
3. Entry and Exit Restriction System
– Entering and exiting the building using smart locks.
– May restrict access to the building to only those employees whose fingerprints are registered.
– Can create a time-limited PIN code for your visitors.
4. Room Management System
– Headcount counting sensors manage the number of people in the building and the room.
We offer more than just security features:
1. You can manage attendance by linking employee IDs with entry and exit through fingerprint authentication.
2. Headcount counting sensors provide visualization of office usage, such as conference room usage and other areas.
