Recruitment Services

Labor Consulting Services
In the labor consulting service, Filipino attorneys and professional Japanese staff answer questions and provide appropriate advice regarding Philippine labor laws. In addition to labor laws, we provide appropriate solutions to various issues that our clients may have, such as providing various survey data, drafting employment regulations, and preparing offer letters.
Employment Agency
For companies that do not have a corporation in the Philippines, John Clements can hire employees on their behalf. We can handle all labor management on your behalf, including salary payment, social insurance, VISA application, etc.
OFW Outsourcing
In cooperation with EDI STAFFBUILDERS INTERNATIONAL, INC., a John Clements group company, we support the dispatch of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). Since 1978, the company has been deploying approximately 3,000 Filipinos annually to the Middle East, Europe, Asia, North America, and other parts of the world, utilizing its extensive resources and broad overseas network.
In 2014, the company received the Presidential Award of Excellence from then President Benigno Aquino III in recognition of its long history of dispatching Filipino workers.
These achievements have enabled us to simplify some of the dispatch processes on the Philippine side, enabling us to dispatch personnel overseas more quickly than other companies.
Outplacement
We also provide outplacement services as part of the outplacement package offered by the company in the event of an employee’s termination.
We can assist in the outplacement of employees by providing consulting services such as interview coaching, skill development, and counseling.
