I was stationed in the Philippines for eight years from 1998 to 2006 as an employee of a Japanese general contractor. During that time, I learned how difficult it was to manage Filipino employees. After a lot of trial and error in management, I left the company around 2007 when I got the hang of it, and established the present firm.

At first, we only offered general consulting services, but we received many requests for tax and accounting support, so we started offering company formation and tax filing services on behalf of our clients.
As the number of clients increased, I obtained a US CPA license to deepen my knowledge of accounting.
The Philippine system is very complicated, unclear, and inefficient.

If each business owner had to deal with this system individually, he or she would never be able to concentrate on his or her core business. We have encountered many business owners who have suffered terrible results as a result of leaving the work to local lawyers and accountants, or who have suffered losses because they did not file the necessary returns or applications.
We have studied each of these cumbersome procedures and have streamlined them by structuring them, using tools, and so on. Although there is still room for further streamlining, we will respond with sincerity, with a motto of quick response and transparency that is unrivaled by other companies.
