Nayong Pilipino directly translates to Philippine Village,<\/em>\u00a0and that is essentially what the park is about. A day at the park will take you to a unique experience to learn the culture, heritage, natural wonders, and history of the country.<\/p>\n

Instead of human replicas, Nayong Pilipino is composed of\u00a0imitations\u00a0of both natural and man-made wonders that can be seen in the Philippines. These include smaller versions of the Rice Terraces in Banaue, Mt. Tabon in Palawan, the National Hero Jose Rizal’s house, and the Barasoain Church in Malolos, Bulacan.<\/p>\n

Aside from the\u00a0infrastructures, there are also native villages within the Nayong Pilipino namely the Kalinga, Ifugao, and Aeta with natives who can explain and demonstrate their way of life.<\/p>\n

\"\"The Kalinga Village\u00a0represents the Kalinga indigenous culture located in Cordillera Administrative Region,\u00a0Northern Luzon.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"Nayong Pilipino also has the Aeta Village.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

All the attractions and performances are made to be family-friendly, fun, as well as educational. This is not your usual theme park as it is a place to showcase the best of Philippine heritage.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the Nayong Pilipino staff is composed of dancers and musicians who perform traditional Filipino social dances. Guests are also welcome to learn and join the dancers.<\/p>\n

The entrance fee only costs\u00a0Php 150 for Adult<\/strong>, Php 100 for Kids from 4 to 12 yrs old<\/strong>, and Php 120 for Senior Citizens<\/strong>. The rate is valid for a whole day pass with access to all shows and activities.<\/p>\n

The park is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.\u00a0on Tuesday to Sunday<\/strong>. It also accepts private non-commercial photoshoots for Php 2,000 for 4 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As a government initiative, Nayong Pilipino has other projects around the country aiming to preserve cultural sites and parks. They are on a mission to tell the unique Filipino history and culture since their first park opened in Pasay City in 1972. Aside from touring, the park is also open for private functions and reservations.<\/p>\n
