Where on earth can one spend summer in the month of November? Most people will say, \u201cOnly in the Philippines!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Boracay<\/strong> has placed the Philippines in the world map. It is a popular tourist destination that doesn\u2019t need any more introductions.<\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve been to Boracay many times, but my trip last weekend is my favourite. I like to describe it as \u201cLiving the life of Riley\u201d in Boracay.<\/span><\/p>\n

I took advantage of the long break, so I boarded a plane going to Kalibo, Aklan<\/a>. We landed and hopped on a speedboat that brought me to my piece of heaven. We booked the Premier Sea View room at the fancy 5-star\u00a0Shangri-la Boracay Resort and Spa<\/a> in Station 1.

I have been to three Shangri-la hotels in the Philippines and gotten a glimpse of the one in Singapore. But there is no doubt that Shangri-la in Boracay is the<\/em> best! If you want to be treated like a king or a queen, go to Shangri-la Boracay!<\/span><\/p>\n

It was indeed the most relaxing and rewarding weekend of my spontaneous life. Though it was only for 2 days and 2 nights, it felt like I was there for a week and really away from the busy streets and traffic lights.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is never too early or too late for summer.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
