The National Museum of the Philippines<\/strong> finally reopened yesterday Oct 19.<\/p>\n

After the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases\u00a0(IATF-EID)<\/strong>\u00a0and the Department of Tourism (DOT) <\/strong>gave the nod to resume operation of all historical places and museums in Metro Manila under Alert Level 3 from Oct 16-31, the National Museum of the Philippines immediately announced that they were reopening through their social media channels.<\/p>\n

In their Facebook post, the National Museum of the Philippines clarified that they only admit fully vaccinated visitors to enter the establishment in compliance with IATF Guidelines. In addition, visitors are required to reserve online at least a day before the visit. It is also mandatory to bring a valid identification card along with the vaccination card as proof upon entry.<\/p>\n

The National Museum also noted that no walk-ins <\/strong>will be allowed to enter the museum.<\/p>\n
