The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), in partnership with the City Government of Taguig, is opening slots for those who wish to avail of the upcoming Passport on Wheels this October 7-8, 2021,<\/strong> at the City Auditorium Taguig City Hall. The services can be availed from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Taguig resident-applicants must personally present their requirements (See list below) to the Civil Registry Office during the application period from September 8 – 10, 2021.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGULAR PASSPORT APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

ADULT NEW APPLICANT<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Original copy of both Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Authenticated Birth Certificate on Security Paper (Local Copy from Local Civil Registry (LCR) copy is a MUST for those with blurred\/unreadable PSA birth certificates).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Married Females must also submit an Original copy of PSA Authenticated Marriage Contract on Security Paper (Local Copy from Local Civil Registry (LCR) is a MUST for those with blurred\/unreadable PSA marriage certificates).<\/p>\n

\u2022 In case applicant is Dual Citizen – Original PSA Birth Certificate, Original Identification Certificate, and Government-issued IDs<\/p>\n

\u2022 In case applicant is Naturalized Filipino Citizens – Identification Certificate of Naturalization from Bureau of Immigration, Original PSA Birth Certificate, and Government-issued IDs<\/p>\n

\u2022 If there is a change of status, married females must also submit an Original copy of PSA Authenticated Marriage Contract on Security Paper.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If there is any correction\/annotation, applicants must also bring both of their Original copies of PSA Authenticated Marriage Contract and PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate on Security Paper.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In case applicant is Dual Citizen – Original PSA Birth Certificate, Original Identification Certificate and Government issued IDs<\/p>\n

\u2022 Residence Card (for applicants overseas)<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Acceptable IDs must have entries (i.e. Full Name, Birthday and Gender) that is consistent with the entries on the birth certificate. ANY FORM OF DISCREPANCY WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED THROUGH AN AFFIDAVIT.<\/p>\n

REMINDERS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Personal appearance of every applicant is a MUST.<\/p>\n

2. Personal appearance of either parent for minor applicants is a MUST (preferably mothers).<\/p>\n

3. Applicants must bring their printed Application Packet<\/p>\n

4. Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.<\/p>\n

5. Each applicant should bring an exact amount of 150 php for courier.<\/p>\n

6. POW is a 2-day processing. There will be no extension of the appointment and each transaction non-transferrable. No Show is forfeiture of payment and no reschedule.<\/p>\n

7. Requirements must be complete on the day of processing.<\/p>\n

8. Please be reminded that if an application is not approved due to discrepancy or missing document, payments are forfeited and there will be no extension of appointment and processing.<\/p>\n

9. Applicants MUST bring the original and photocopies of their documents<\/p>\n

10. Applicants with lost expired and lost valid (Passports issued 2010 and above) are not eligible for Passport on Wheels.<\/p>\n
