Most ingredients are locally sourced and organically raised by neighboring farmers, while some products are freshly gathered from Fundacion Pacita\u2019s backyard.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is the cafe\u2019s signature pizza made with <\/span>lu\u00f1is<\/span><\/i>, a traditional Ivatan dish of pork, cooked with rock salt over firewood. Its taste resembles the all-time Filipino favorite, <\/span>adobo<\/span><\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
