  • Since 2017, Edgewater Dive and Spa has been a beautiful tranquil haven in Puerto Galera. Located close to the dive sites but away from the bustling Sabang area, the resort has premium amenities, breathtaking views and promises to provide a personal experience for their guests.

With only 10 rooms and an on-site dive shop, you don’t need to venture far from the resort to enjoy. It’s also good for learners because they have one of the best instructors in Puerto Galera, as well as premium dive gears.

The resort is located in Mangrove Bay, known for its beautiful sunsets. Combine this with the resort’s top-of-the-line facilities and you’ll feel right at home with their four suites and six regular rooms — both sporting either a view of the sea or the garden. Rates start at Php 4,790 per night, which includes breakfast for 2 and pick-up and drop-off from/to any of the nearby piers. Guest can make use of the kayaks and paddle boards free of charge. You don’t need to worry about some emergency emails as they have a wifi connection at the resort.

Japanese expats will be glad to know that their resort manager is fluent in Japanese. They conduct diving courses in Japanese, and their head chef has worked in Japan for several years, which means authentic Japanese cuisine will be served at the resort should you look for it.
