GrabFood will help you satisfy them in the shortest time possible. In case you don&#8217;t know what to eat, though, GrabFood also suggests a variety of food choices around you. Grab will then process it to suggest the available restaurants near you. This is to ensure that your food will be delivered fresh and fast.<\/li>\n<li>You may enter the restaurant or cuisine you&#8217;re looking for in the <strong>Search restaurant\/cuisine section. <\/strong>You may also opt to choose the restaurant you want to order from\u00a0under <strong>Delivering to You<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Place your order, then proceed to <strong>Checkout<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Currently, GrabFood is only available from <strong>9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Mondays to Sundays (except holidays)<\/strong> in selected areas,\u00a0particularly in <strong>Bonifacio Global City, Makati, Manila, Pasay, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Ortigas, and Quezon City<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Update as of January 17, 2019: Grab Food expands its service in Cebu. Therefore, Cebuanos can now use Grab to book rides, send and receive packages, redeem rewards and offers, order food, load mobile prepaid account, and pay for multiple services using one mobile wallet, all in one Grab app.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Also note that there are restaurants that are not available for this feature.<\/p>\n<p><em>Also read: <a href=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/blog\/2018\/06\/10\/list-food-delivery-apps\/\">List: Food Delivery Apps<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">GrabExpress<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grab also took it further by launching the GrabExpress&#8211;a premium door-to-door delivery service for customers in <strong>Metro Manila<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">GrabExpress also offers <strong>GrabAssistant<\/strong> and <strong>Cash on Delivery (Beta)<\/strong>. GrabAssistant allows you to ask the driver to buy something for you or queue in line; while Cash on Delivery (Beta) enables the rider to collect the item from you, deliver it to the recipient to collect the payment, and return to you with the cash collected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">What makes it different from other courier services is that GrabExpress <strong>tracks deliveries real time<\/strong>&#8211;not to mention that parcels are insured for up to <strong>Php 50,000<\/strong>. You can send items like documents, parcels, and gifts to your loved ones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Base fare for GrabExpress is currently at <strong>Php 80<\/strong>, with most reliable coverage hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.\u00a0during Mondays to Saturdays. Meanwhile, GrabAssistant has a base fare of <strong>Php 99<\/strong>, with a maximum of<strong> Php 1000<\/strong> amount per booking; while cash on Delivery has a maximum value of <strong>Php 50,000<\/strong>, with size of up to <strong>40 x 40 x 30 cm and 20 kgs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"622\" height=\"534\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7277\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/tips-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/11\/GrabExpress-Philippines.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/tips-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/11\/GrabExpress-Philippines.jpg 622w, https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/tips-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/11\/GrabExpress-Philippines-300x258.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 622px) 100vw, 622px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>How it works:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"carousel-indicators steps--4 clearfix\">\n<li>Open your Grab mobile application, and click\u00a0<strong>Delivery\u00a0<\/strong>from the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the pick up point at the <strong>Meet me at<\/strong> and drop off point at the <strong>Deliver to <\/strong>section.<\/li>\n<li>Choose from <strong>GrabExpress, Cash on Delivery (Beta), or GrabAssistant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Grab will then assign you to a rider after you confirm.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for your rider to pick up your parcel, and track them through the map provided in the app.<\/li>\n<li>Upon arrival, the rider will take a photo of your parcel as a proof of pick up. Ask for a copy of your <strong>Waybill<\/strong>, which is required\u00a0in cases of lost or damaged items.<\/li>\n<li>Share your ride with your recipient so you can\u00a0track your parcel together.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-10 col-md-offset-1\">\n<div id=\"carousel--mobileview--how-it-works-grabhitch\" class=\"carousel carousel--mobileview carousel-fade slide clearfix\">\n<p>Remember to type in important notes at the short description section in case you have special requests.
