Bonifacio Global City, or BGC, is more than just a business hub. It’s a place where ideas are born, incubated, and eventually brought out for the whole country to see. It’s seen as a model city of sorts: walkable streets, lots of green spaces, and a mass transport system that’s more efficient than anything seen outside of BGC.<\/p>\n

The BGC Bus is something that Metro Manila (or the Philippines for that matter) hasn’t seen before, yet is common in developed countries: a fleet of buses guided by a schedule and a pre-determined route that operates within a certain area and will only drop off and load passengers in designated bus stops that costs only Php 12 per ride.<\/p>\n

Think of the buses in New York City. London. Japan. Seoul. Hong Kong. Singapore. Taiwan.\u00a0Now take that idea and pop it into BGC. Voila! You’ve got yourself an efficient means of moving around BGC, complete with GPS-tagged buses, a cashless payment system, and drivers who will try their hardest to stick to the schedule without compromising the safety of their passengers and other vehicles in BGC.<\/p>\n

With something this unique to the country, it’s led to people being confused. Commuters are used to simply shouting “Para!” to get off where they want to instead of planning where they get off so they avoid long walks to their destination.<\/p>\n

Well, worry no more. Here’s a guide to each of the BGC Bus Routes and the places where they can take you:<\/p>\n

Fare\u00a0for each trip: Php 13.00<\/strong>, except for ARCA South and Nuvali Express routes<\/p>\n

Bus schedules from Monday to Friday:<\/h3>\n

East Express<\/strong>
\n6 am to 10 pm<\/p>\n

Also known as the Market Market Bus, the East Express route only services the EDSA Ayala bus station and Market Market.<\/p>\n

North Express<\/strong>
\n6 am to 10 pm<\/p>\n

From EDSA Ayala, the North Express can take you to Arya Residences, NutriAsia, HSBC, BGC Turf, The Globe Tower, and BGC Arts Center.<\/p>\n

Central Route<\/strong>
\n6 am to 10 pm<\/p>\n

From Market Market, the Central Route can take you to NutriAsia, RCBC, Net One, Bonifacio Stopover, Cresent Park West, The Globe Tower, One Parkade, and Universty Parkway.<\/p>\n

Upper West Express<\/strong>
\n6 am to 10 pm<\/p>\n

From EDSA Ayala, the Upper West Express will stop at Bonifacio Stopover and Cresent Park West.<\/p>\n

Lower West Express<\/strong>
\n6 am to 10 pm<\/p>\n

From ESDA Ayala, the Lower West Express Route will take you through McKinley Parkway, RCBC, Net One, and Fort Victoria.<\/p>\n

\nFrom Nuvali to BGC, 6:30 am

The Nuvali Express only has stops at Nuvali and Market Market in the morning.<\/p>\n

Arca South Express
\nFare (one way): P25\u00a0 \u00a0Senior\/PWD: P22<\/strong>
\nMorning trips from Arca South to BGC: 6:10 am, 7:10 am, 7:30 am, 8:10 am, 8:40 am
\nAfternoon trips from RCBC to Arca South: 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:30 pm<\/p>\n

From Arca South, the bus will stop at Market Market, NutriAsia, RCBC, Net One, Bonifacio Stopover, Cresent Park West, HSBC, The Globe Tower, and One Parkade.<\/p>\n

Night Route<\/strong>
\n10 pm to 6 am with a 30-minute interval<\/p>\n

The nightlife in Taguig is amazing and there are many establishments best enjoyed after hours, at this time, the Night bus could be your ride home. The Night Route operates from EDSA Ayala through stops at McKinley Parkway, RCBC, Net One, Bonifacio Stopover, Crescent Park West, The Globe Tower, One Pakade, University Parkway, Market Market, back to RCBC, Net One, Bonifacio Stopover, Cresent Park West and Fort Victoria.<\/p>\n

Bus schedules from Saturday to Sunday:<\/h3>\n

There will now only be two routes operating on weekends: the\u00a0Weekend Route<\/strong>\u00a0from 6 am to 10 pm, which follows the stops of the Night Route; and the\u00a0East Express<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
