For Tea Cakes and Petit Fours, professional chefs will take you through unique recipes for these tea salon and caf\u00e9 favorites.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Each day, chefs will teach you a classic French baking technique. After the 5-day course, you\u2019ll have received a pastry portfolio similar to what you would get with Enderun\u2019s pastry program.
