They grow organic vegetables in their private farms in the Amadeo provinces of Cavite and are selling them to various suppliers. These vegetables are also used as ingredients for the food offered in the menu at the caf\u00e9. The caf\u00e9 is also Echo Store\u2019s contribution to promoting the hard work of local farmers and their homegrown produce.<\/span><\/p>\n

Their signature pasta of tuna, pesto and olives, Pasta a la Trio<\/strong> (P250) is also their bestseller. A combination of sweet, sour, salty and spicy, it was described as \u201ca party in your mouth.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
