Regulars pour in at happy hour from three to eight, their orders usually including a <strong>cocktail<\/strong> (Bloody Mary, Kamikaze, Long Island Iced Tea, Whiskey Sour, Margarita, etc) and Bugsy&#8217;s <strong>B<\/strong><strong>uffalo <\/strong><strong>C<\/strong><strong>hicken<\/strong><strong> Wings<\/strong>, crispy chicken wings drenched in butter and hot sauce and served with tangy bleu cheese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8305\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/restaurant\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/04\/bugsys-3-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"bugsy's (3)\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">By the time dinner service starts, the restaurant gets more crowded, especially on a Friday night when people are looking to have dinner and drinks only at one place. The menu favorite is <strong>Bugsy Malone<\/strong>, an indulgent meal of an inch-thick rib eye steak with a side of mashed potatoes. The steak is cooked to medium rare and, for the price and size, it&#8217;s quite a steal.
