It is owned by Chef Gil Brault, who worked at Trois Gourmand, one of the best restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. You can pair it up with a nice glass of wine. If you\u2019re not well-versed in picking wines, feel free to consult their manager. The chef is also a certified sommelier; he personally chooses the wine perfect for each dish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">To finish a very delicious meal, we recommend <em>Dessert de Gils<\/em> (1st photo). The perfect mess of this heavenly dessert is composed of raspberry sorbet, vanilla ice cream, strawberries and <em>nougatine<\/em>.
