Braised until fork-tender, the shanks are huge, delicious and laid on top of mashed potatoes and vegetables. Madisons\u2019 also has steak, angus (P950) or rib eye (P1,680) depending on preference, and comes with a side of vegetables, a siding of potato variants or creamed spinach, and sauce. For less guilt, the <strong>Norwegian Salmon Fillet <\/strong>(P680) is a lighter yet still savory option.
