The restaurant is named after Sebastian \u201cBasti\u201d Escalante<\/strong>, Business Development Director of Antonio\u2019s Group and son of founder Tony Boy Escalante<\/strong>. Through Sebastian\u2019s, Basti puts his own approach on the family\u2019s restaurant legacy, creating a neighborhood dining concept centered on the food he enjoys eating.<\/p>\n
