After collaborating closely during his takeover and later having him helm Bibio\u2019s kitchen as resident chef for several months, the group eventually came together to build June Eatery.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1592\">Originally from Cebu, <strong data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1338\">Chef Kier Iba\u00f1ez<\/strong> spent <strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1382\">12 years in Auckland, New Zealand<\/strong>, focusing on caf\u00e9 and brunch concepts before becoming known for his communal pop-up project <strong data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1489\">Long Table<\/strong>.
