After returning to Belgium, he found himself missing the Boracay lifestyle\u2014the sun, the sea, and the easy camaraderie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"946\">Determined to merge his family\u2019s brewing legacy with his dream of island living, he sought the perfect property to open a bistro where he could import and serve Belgian beers.
