When asked about how Hamburg Yoshi came to the Philippines, co-owner Cecile Zamora shared the story behind its establishment with Philippine Primer<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“I love going to Japan. I go every two months. The first thing I do when I wake up is I go to the salon in Aoyama. I took a taxi, but the taxi took a wrong turn, and I saw this picture of burger on rice. After my salon, I looked for it and I loved it. I was with my friend who lives in Japan. I said, ‘I want to bring this to Manila,'” Cecile excitedly shared.<\/p>\n

Hamburg Yoshi offers four varieties of hamburg steak: the Regular Beef Patty<\/strong>, Wagyu Hamburg<\/strong>, Beef Tongue Hamburg<\/strong>, and Skirt Steak<\/strong>. These can be enjoyed as part of a set meal, which includes miso soup, pickles, raw egg, and unlimited rice.<\/p>\n
