Hoshino Coffee, one of the newest coffee shop to grace Greenhills Mall in San Juan City, was founded in 2011 by popular Japanese restaurant chain management Nippon Restaurant System<\/strong> and takes inspiration from Doutor Coffee<\/strong>, one of the largest coffee chains in Japan.<\/p>\n

The coffee beans used here are exclusively roasted Arabica beans picked by Master Kanno, their coffee blend specialist. Using the hand-drip method to ensure a perfect brew that’s rich in flavor and aroma, it’s an experience that elevates the simple act of drinking your favorite caffeinated drink to a whole new level.<\/p>\n

However, Hoshino Coffee is not just about coffee. The cafe offers fruit teas and a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes, including its famous souffle pancakes, omelette rice, and Japanese-style spaghetti.<\/p>\n
