Founded by Romy Sia in 2010<\/strong>, Wine Story was inspired by The Billionaire\u2019s Vinegar<\/em>, a book about rare wines and the stories behind them. The concept was created to help guests understand each bottle\u2019s origin, maker, and flavor profile.<\/p>\n

The Ortigas branch specializes in French wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne<\/strong>. Most selections are sold by the bottle, while selected occasions feature Tasting Flights<\/strong> that allow guests to compare different labels and flavor profiles.<\/p>\n
