Now, it already has 6 branches. The owner is from Tehran, Iran. The dishes were inspired by his grandmother\u2019s own recipe. They only use natural ingredients and don\u2019t add any preservatives.\u00a0They also use a lot of eggplants in their dishes like <em>All<\/em> <em>Vegetable<\/em> <em>Mussaka<\/em> (Photo 2), which is one of their best-sellers. It is seasoned with olive oil, tomatoes and chickpeas.
