features a barbeque masterpiece by applying the slow-cooked and smoking methods of the American barbeque to lechon, particularly the ribs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The name of the restaurant\u00a0was\u00a0centered on the\u00a0winning concept of ribs of the lechon, hence the creation of the witty name, Ribchon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
