In fact, some of the pizza recipes in the country are named after the exact spot people have tried them. There&#8217;s classic New York style pizza, the ever-favorite Hawaiian pizza, and the deep dish Chicago pizza.<\/p>\n<p>Filipinos, of course, also contributed to the growing number of pizza recipes, even adding a local touch much like Ilocos&#8217; Pinakbet pizza.<\/p>\n<p>Further, there&#8217;s a notion that more\u00a0toppings equate to a tastier and more appealing serving. But this new quick pizza diner claims\u00a0otherwise\u2014proving everyone that crusts also matter above everything else, literally.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-33190\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/07\/Elberts-Pizzeria_Philippine-Primer3.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Owned by businessman <strong>Elbert Cuenca<\/strong>, <strong>Elbert&#8217;s Pizzeria<\/strong> could be every foodie&#8217;s next stop for some bites. After months of conceptualization and preparation, Elbert&#8217;s Pizza formally opened its doors to exploring foodies last<strong> July 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The newly-opened pizza joint puts great pride in presenting their simple yet appetizing eats. When the shape has been formed and the thickness has become even, the right amount of toppings\u2014such as pepperoni, tomatoes, and cheese\u2014are put into place.<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, it is cooked in their modern wood-fired oven for 60 to 90 seconds, ensuring an incredibly delicious pizza.<\/p>\n<p>To start your gastronomic treat, sample their house pizza,\u00a0<strong>Margherita (Php 320)<\/strong>. It has tomato pulp, mozzarella fior di latte, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil, and basil.
