Anyone who\u2019s ever encountered this establishment on social media has heard of its great ambiance and chic minimalist interiors. Stepping inside, the place definitely doesn\u2019t disappoint. Anyone eating at <strong>Harlan + Holden Dine<\/strong> should make room for their <strong>Home Made Corned Beef Rice Bowl (Php 390)<\/strong> which every diner raves about. They don\u2019t skimp on the beef and the meat is tender enough that only minimal chewing is needed. To make the dish healthier, the corned beef is paired with red rice.
