Her interest in baking began during childhood, when she enjoyed watching dough rise. As a mother, she continued baking, preparing personally decorated cakes for her children’s birthdays and sharing fruitcakes with friends.<\/p>\n

Encouraged by their positive response, she pursued a 12-month baking course in the United States<\/strong> to further develop her skills.<\/p>\n

Upon returning to the Philippines, she worked on creating her own Ensaymada recipe<\/strong>, experimenting with its texture and flavor through repeated family taste tests until she achieved the result she wanted.<\/p>\n

With the support of her husband and five children, she joined her first bazaar, where she sold Ensaymadas and Cheese Rolls<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After several Christmas seasons of selling her baked goods, she opened her first small store<\/strong>, allowing customers to purchase her creations beyond the holiday season.<\/p>\n
