Tori Chizu<\/strong> is a new establishment in SM Megamall that offers a variety of a fusion of Japanese cuisine. It is owned by Mr. Scott Tan, which is also the managing director of Scottland Incorporated. Tori Chizu just introduced itself to the public last December 11, 2017 after opening their very first branch in the metro.<\/p>\n

Mr. Tan is not a chef by profession but started in the food and beverage industry. Tori Chizu got its name from the Japanese words for chicken (tori) and cheese (chizu). It is run by the same group who manages Bon Chon.<\/p>\n

Tori Chizu focuses on the fast-casual scene, serving freshly cooked Japanese food aside from ramen, tempura and the like. They offer affordable modern Japanese food that is equally delicious compared to known Japanese restaurants.<\/p>\n
