As far as reggae bars are concerned, you\u2019ll find that it\u2019s the only one of its kind ANYWHERE in Makati. He\u2019s a full-blooded native of Costa Rica who\u2019s lived in the country for three years, so rest assured these dishes stay loyal to his home country. For Php 750, get a taste of their best-selling appetizers\/bar chow: <em>Chicharones con Yuca <\/em>(pork rinds with cassava, <em>Patacones<\/em> (fried plantains), <em>Enyucados<\/em> (fried cassava balls), and <em>Dados de Queso<\/em> (cheese dices).<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the perfect plate for you and your bar buddies&#8230; or even for yourself if you&#8217;re really not looking to share (it&#8217;s hard not to, though).<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s also bringing in a full reggae ambience, with colors and images that will resonate with anyone who\u2019s familiar with the culture.
