From their move to Makati from Paranaque, The Girl + The Bull<\/strong> keeps on changing. First adding a new lunch menu and this time they’ve changed their menu once more. With it’s new look, The Girl + Bull will be serving dinner with modern Korean and Japanese dishes. They’ve brightened up and painted the walls, adding a mural of a giant snake.<\/p>\n

If you’re wondering about the restaurants name, it represents the owners name. Thea de Vera as The Girl and Gab Bustos as the tauros, he’s zodiac sign is taurus. As they reveal their new menu, The Girl + The Bull focuses on Japanese and Korean Cuisine such different kimchi<\/em> and adding Japanese ingredients such as Uni or Dashi. They have also included sake on their drinks menu and as always have served coffee, crafted by Habitual Coffee.<\/p>\n
