The restaurant has been around since 1967, and was originally named after a push-cart vendor named Laura Cristobal. From then Carinderya, the third generation restaurant has now established loyal patrons and tourists as well, with their special and wide array of dishes.<\/p>\n<p>For refreshments, you can choose from iced tea, orange juice, and coffee.
