The Red Light is a unique set-up where concepts are born and bred to their fruition.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Red Light is a creative food and beverage space, with an outdoor bar and a 12-seater counter show kitchen found along Felipe Street in Makati. The Red Light, as a kitchen and bar incubator, gives people a front-row seat to how their food is made.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A collaboration between Erwan Heusaff, host of <em>The Fat Kid Inside, <\/em>and The Mothership F&amp;B Enterprise, it\u2019s a blank slate for anyone looking to explore their idea of good food and drinks. They\u2019re known for their 15-square-meter kitchen: the place where concepts are born and nurtured. The Test Kitchen, as it\u2019s sometimes called, is a pop-up space that brings people together and springs forth new ideas.
