Chinese restaurants may be plentiful in Alabang, with a number of them located at Festival Supermall and at the Alabang Town Center; but the rising business district\u2019s Molito Commercial Complex has yet to house such a restaurant\u2026 until you meet Chairman Wang\u2019s Prime Beef Noodle House.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Chairman Wang\u2019s is the only Chinese restaurant you can find in the Molito Commercial Complex. Inspired by the owner\u2019s trips to China, they specialize in serving high-end Cantonese and Mandarin cuisine, with a bit of Japanese thrown in.<\/span><\/p>\n

A quick look at their menu sums up what their dishes are: wok dining and lamien<\/em> or hand-pulled noodles. They pride themselves on giving customers the best and freshest meals, with their noodles only being prepared after the customer orders their meal.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"ground-floor\"<\/em>The restaurant makes you feel like you\u2019re in a family restaurant in China, yet the lights still give you that modern touch.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Stepping through the doors of Chairman Wang\u2019s is like being transported to a rustic yet modern Chinese restaurant. Their mural, which depicts how the Chinese lived during the old days, is one of the first things you\u2019ll notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paired with their wooden chairs, tables, and Chinese-style lamps, it feels like you\u2019re in one of the restaurants in Beijing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The prawns are made with special batter, then deep-fried to perfection. It served on a bed of assorted fruits such as mango, melon, white dragon fruit, and more.<\/p>\n

Their best-selling dish is the Wagyu Noodles Soup<\/strong>. For only Php 480, you\u2019ll get a hearty serving of hand-pulled noodles in a rich, thick stock and slices of Wagyu beef, all made fresh in their kitchen. Its\u00a0stock is close to what you get with ramen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A good way to end your meal is with their Chilled Almond Custard with assorted fruits<\/strong> (Php 220).\u00a0While most people would go for ice cream or sorbet, Chairman Wang\u2019s best dessert is this custard and\u00a0fruits combination.<\/p>\n

The combination of the almond-flavored custard together with fresh fruits round out the richness of the full meal you just had. It\u2019s big enough for three, but it can be finished by one person if you can.<\/p>\n
