For their coffee, the owners-slash-baristas use imported but locally-roasted beans which make their specialty. They do the pour over method (a Japanese method) for their coffee which controls the coffee-making process that gives a consistent flavor. According to them, they serve coffee with no judgment: whatever floats your boat, they\u2019d happily concoct it for you.<\/span><\/p>\n
