It serves as the more affordable little brother to the two-Michelin starred chef\u2019s signature restaurant <em>Akrame<\/em>, which has branches in Paris and Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11791\" src=\"https:\/\/primer.com.ph\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/01\/dinner-set.jpg\" alt=\"dinner-set\" width=\"572\" height=\"850\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>DINNER IS SERVED. One of their popular dinner choices, Iberian pork rib with gratin dauphinois.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Meals here are served as <em>formule, <\/em>the French take on set meals, with the restaurant offering lunch and dinner. The formule includes an entr\u00e9e, the <em>viande<\/em> or meat as the main course, unlimited sides (after choosing one, of course), and dessert. The sample menu from their Hong Kong branch should give you an idea of your options. Anything in season would be incorporated into the menu. Those who frequent the restaurant say the <em>Le Croquavor<\/em> is a must-try. It\u2019s the restaurant\u2019s \u201cway of re-inventing the hamburger\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The restaurant itself has a very rustic feel, serving its dishes on wooden plates in its Hong Kong branch and wooden chopping boards in Paris.
