This July 2021, Japanese Restaurant Yamazato is offering 4-course kaiseki expertly prepared by Chef Rinnosuke Mouri using seasonal ingredients so you can savor the taste of summer.

For PHP 3,500++, you may enjoy this exquisite set consisting of seasonal small appetizers, pureed corn soup, grilled sesame tofu, carrot, cucumber, and two kinds of sashimi for the first course; stir-fried Japanese Wagyu sirloin, salt-grilled ayu (sweetfish), and pickled ginger root for the second course; two-colored somen noodles served with shrimp, shiitake mushroom, and snap peas for the third course; and matcha ice cream, and coffee for dessert. You may also enjoy some sake (Gekkeikan Nigori Sake, Takara Seishu “Mio” Sparkling, Hakushika Honjozo Namachozo, or Umeshu Light) for PHP 1,000 ++ per 300 ml bottle as accompaniment for their summer kaiseki.
Aside from that, they are also offering teppanyaki —an assortment of ingredients such as beef, seafood, and vegetables cooked in a teppan— grilled right in front of you. You may also enjoy it in a private room with a counter, which is perfect for business meetings and dinners with your loved ones.
