    Beurre Blanc is a restaurant that specializes in steaks and offers varieties of them, such as American Kobe beef rib eye (Picture 2 above: P2,300/250g), Australian T-bone steak (Picture 2 below: P850/350g), and Australian quarter house (Picture 2 on the right: P850/350g). Every steak in this joint is enough to satisfy every man’s appetite, so, if you want to eat a lot, this is the ideal restaurant for you!

    Other than that, this restaurant also serves oysters from Visayas, sea bass from Chile, salmon from Norway, and scallops from the United States.

    Pan Fried Goose Liver Salad (Picture 2) is one of the menus with full of originality that you can eat with raspberry and honey sauce. The combination of fresh vegetables, such as asparagus, and liver, which is imported from France, is perfect!

    Beurre Blanc has ‘The Wine Bar’ by its entrance, where you can enjoy more than 30 kinds of wine from France, Italia, Chile, and so on. A glass of wine is about P195. In addition, this restaurant’s wall is made into a wine cellar and it has a sitting capacity of 150, making it a place suited for gatherings!
