  • Tapas and Wine Bar by Titania: Bringing the Spanish Taste in Vigan
  • Along the cobblestone streets of Vigan is a hundred-year-old ancestral home turned resto-bar that serves smoked meats and home-grown crafted beers on the first floor (Calle Brewery), as well as a taste of Spanish tapas and Ilocano degustation on the second floor—Tapas and Wine Bar by Titania.

Tapas and Wine Bar by Titania’s house wine is Gran Tierra (P510)

Originally from Hotel Rembrandt in Quezon City, Tapas and Wine Bar by Titania has found its second home in the Spanish town of Vigan. This fine-dining section of the ancestral home displays a wide array of wine selections.

Upstairs, you’ll find the wine-cellar display along the brick walls that keep over sixty different wines sourced from all around the world.

Some of them include old world wines from France, Italy, and Spain, as well as new world wines from Chile, Argentina, and Australia.

Their best-seller wines are from Spain and Argentina, such as the La Mascota (P6,000). Gran Tierra (P510), on the other hand, is their house wine.

Walking through the wine-cellar, on its right side is a door that leads to the ancient function room where they serve the 12-course Ilocano degustation (P1,800/head). It requires a one-week reservation.

Tapas and Wine Bar by Titania is a private space for those who wish to try Ilocano degustations or drink wines along with tapas.

Aside from degustation servings, they also have Tapas along their best-selling wines. Tapas are Spanish cuisines of appetizers or snacks, often called bar chows or finger foods in the Philippines, and goes well with a glass of wine.

Chunk a glass or two of their best-selling wines, and try out some appetizing tapas and Ilocano degustations at Tapas and Wine Bar by Titania!
