Ilocos Norte is approximately 100 km. away from the capital of Ilocos Sur, Vigan, and about 500 km. from Manila. Its capital, Laoag City, serves as the gateway to Ilocos Norte, with Laoag International Airport and major bus terminals located here.<\/span><\/p>\n
