The emerging Fil-Am artist&#8217;s works were direct on reflections of how he felt at the time of each piece\u2019s creation.<\/p>\n<p>Ossorio grew up and studied in England and the U.S., and is among the first artists from the school of abstract expressionism, a modern movement that started in New York City. Currently, his biggest work is permanently displayed at the sanctuary centerpiece at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Victorias, Negros Occidental.<\/p>\n<p>Curatorial guided tours are by appointments only.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Event details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What: Alfonso Ossorio: Grazing Light\u201d at Leon Art Gallery<\/p>\n<p>When: April 21 to May 12, 2017 (11 a.m. &#8211; 6:00 p.m.)<\/p>\n<p>Where: Leon Art Gallery, Ground Floor, Corinthian Plaza, Paseo de Roxas cor.
